Earthy, intense, and undeniably exotic. Our Sumatra Gayo G1 TP is a heavy-bodied, darkly seductive brew with notes of dark chocolate, pipe tobacco, clove, and a swirl of Concord grape and lime. It’s the kind of cup that lingers long after the last sip — in the best possible way.
Grown with reverence by Wagiman and Yasmin, two producers rooted in the highlands of Aceh Tengah, this coffee reflects both tradition and precision. At 1,450 meters (4,757 feet) above sea level, the coffee thrives in organically nourished soil and zero shortcuts.
This is a Grade 1 TP, meaning it’s triple-picked and carefully sorted to ensure less than five defects per 300g — the crème de la crème of Sumatran coffee. Processed using the classic Giling Basah (wet-hulled) method, the cup profile is lush and distinctive.
Varietals Gayo 1 and Gayo 2 (likely cousins of Timor and Bourbon) add further intrigue, grown almost exclusively by the ethnic Gayo farming communities who’ve perfected the craft for generations.

☕ Coffee Returns
Because coffee is a perishable, consumable product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our ground or whole bea coffees regardless of roast level or bag size. This is for quality control and health safety reasons.
If something went wrong with your order, such as never receiving your order, receiving the wrong item(s) or your coffee wasn’t up to our usual standards, please reach out—we’re here to make it right.

Wrong size? Wrong item? Don’t sweat it. We’re happy to offer exchanges on unused, unworn, and unwashed apparel within 14 days of delivery. If we sent you an incorrect item, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. If the correct item was sent and you have decided you no longer want the item, we do ask that you pay for return shipping.
