☕ Coffee Returns
Because coffee is a perishable, consumable product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our ground or whole bea coffees regardless of roast level or bag size. This is for quality control and health safety reasons.
If something went wrong with your order, such as never receiving your order, receiving the wrong item(s) or your coffee wasn’t up to our usual standards, please reach out—we’re here to make it right.

👕 Apparel Returns
Wrong size? Wrong item? Don’t sweat it. We’re happy to offer exchanges on unused, unworn, and unwashed apparel within 14 days of delivery. If we sent you an incorrect item, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. If the correct item was sent and you have decided you no longer want the item, we do ask that you pay for return shipping.
Please include your order number and confirm your shipping address when reaching out so we can get your exchange moving quickly.

⚙️ Brewing Equipment
If you ordered brewing gear and it arrives defective or damaged, don’t panic. Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help troubleshoot or replace it as needed.
If you're in the U.S., we may provide you with a prepaid return label for defective gear, depending on the situation.
