Sourced from the Utcubamba highlands in Peru’s Amazonas region, this Organic Grade 1 decaf comes from smallholder producers affiliated with JUMARP (Asociación de Productores Cafetaleros Juan Marco El Palto), working within the lush Selva Alta rainforest ecosystem. Grown at elevations between 1,200 and 1,750 meters above sea level, these coffees benefit from cool mountain air, rich soil, and the careful stewardship Peru is known for as a global leader in organic coffee production.
Roasted dark for depth and comfort, this profile delivers a velvety, full-bodied cup with notes of dark chocolate, buttery toffee, and toasted walnut, balanced by subtle highlights of blackcurrant and citrus that keep the finish from ever feeling flat.
