Sourced from the highlands of Aroresa, Sidama, this naturally processed beauty delivers a vibrant, fruit-forward cup that’s both elegant and full of character. Grown at elevations between 1,800–2,200 MASL (5,905 and 7,218 feet above sea level), the high altitude allows the coffee cherries to ripen slowly, developing deep, complex sugars that make every sip unforgettable.
Tasting notes of lychee, pomegranate, baking spice, cane sugar, and hibiscus swirl together in a cup that’s delicately sweet with a touch of mild chocolate, a light body, and balanced medium acidity. Roasted to full city+, we’ve coaxed out every last drop of juicy intensity without sacrificing its bright, tropical soul.
This is Grade 1 specialty coffee—the highest quality recognized in Ethiopia’s grading system—produced by smallholder farmers and expertly processed at the Kadela wet mill, part of a family-run operation nestled in the lush hills of Sidama. The natural process used here allows the whole coffee cherry to dry under the sun, infusing the beans with luscious fruit flavors and signature sweetness.

☕ Coffee Returns
Because coffee is a perishable, consumable product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our ground or whole bea coffees regardless of roast level or bag size. This is for quality control and health safety reasons.
If something went wrong with your order, such as never receiving your order, receiving the wrong item(s) or your coffee wasn’t up to our usual standards, please reach out—we’re here to make it right.

Wrong size? Wrong item? Don’t sweat it. We’re happy to offer exchanges on unused, unworn, and unwashed apparel within 14 days of delivery. If we sent you an incorrect item, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
