If your coffee is damaged upon arrival, it can be returned and exchanged for another coffee item of equal or lesser value, but can not be returned for store credit or refund at this time. Because we roast our coffee in small batches in order to provide you with the frshest, highest quality coffee available, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item(s) and the shipping options you choose. Once your order is received, the fulfillment process begins. For this reason, we ask that any changes to your order be made within 24 hours.
