Cultivated between 1,250 and 1,450 meters above sea level, these beans come from a community of dedicated smallholder farmers who pour heart, history, and innovation into every harvest. Among them is Alfonso Ramos, who’s been tending coffee since the 1960s and mentoring neighboring growers to access fair markets and elevate Honduran coffee worldwide. Their collective commitment gives rise to Guama Danta, a regional lot that captures the vibrant spirit and complexity of Comayagua’s diverse microclimates.
Our artisan roast highlights the coffee’s naturally creamy milk chocolate body with gentle hints of nut and caramel. It’s smooth but never simple. Versatile enough to shine black or blend beautifully with milk. Every sip is a quiet celebration of Honduran craftsmanship: rich, balanced, and grounded in community.

☕ Coffee Returns
Because coffee is a perishable, consumable product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our ground or whole bea coffees regardless of roast level or bag size. This is for quality control and health safety reasons.
If something went wrong with your order, such as never receiving your order, receiving the wrong item(s) or your coffee wasn’t up to our usual standards, please reach out—we’re here to make it right.

Wrong size? Wrong item? Don’t sweat it. We’re happy to offer exchanges on unused, unworn, and unwashed apparel within 14 days of delivery. If we sent you an incorrect item, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. If the correct item was sent and you have decided you no longer want the item, we do ask that you pay for return shipping.
